• Tender Brief: Digitalizing a water distribution network is a strategic initiative that transforms traditional operations into smart, data-driven management systems, enabling greater operational efficiency and informed decision-making. As part of the first phase of this initiative, Majis replaced 18 high-consumer flow meters in the potable water network with smart battery-operated models. The next phase focuses on integrating these newly installed smart meters into either the existing SCADA system or an independent centralized system, together with other electronic flow meters already connected to SCADA, enhanced with dashboards and analytical tools
• Scope of Work: The Contractor shall carry out all necessary works, supply, installation, integration, testing, commissioning, and training required to ensure successful integration of the flow meters into SCADA/independent system with dashboards, analytics, and long-term operability.
• Payment Terms: 70% on delivery of consignment at MAJIS warehouse at Sohar Port. 30% after successful testing on load at site (by MAJIS) and trial run for one month. Payments shall be after 30 days upon the receipt of original invoice
