• Scope of Work: The selected supplier shall be responsible for the following: Design & Customization: o Provide design options that align with Majis’ corporate identity and branding guidelines, including company logo embroidery/printing as specified, and offer multiple size options for men and ladies employees. Fabric & Quality: o Use high-quality, durable, and breathable fabric suitable for year-round wear, and the materials must be wrinkle-resistant and colorfast. o Fabric samples must be approved by Majis before mass production. Uniform Items & Quantities: • T-Shirts (short sleeve), Shirts ( long sleeve), Trousers • Jaket (men/ladies) • Winter Jaket for men Color Specifications: • The corporate color scheme will be defined by Majis. • Each item must match the approved color codes and as per Majis Branding guidelines Fitting & Trials: • Conduct fitting sessions for all employees before finalizing production. • Adjustments to be made as required based on feedback from the employee.
