All the bidders are requested to have a site visit prior to the submittal of a bid and clarify all the doubts related to scope of work involved by meeting the site engineer/client representative at site.
• Scope of Work: 1.1 Removal of existing fence (170 Meter). etc. 1.2 Supply & Installation New Chain Link Fence (Considering height of 6 Meter) etc. (91 Meter) 1.3 Supply & Installation New Chain Link Fence (Considering height of 3 Meter) etc. (79 Meter) 1.4 Complete leveling for the backyard to keep the slop of water up to Normal. etc.
• Payment Terms: THE CLIENT will make payment to the successful Tenderer for the services as follows: • 20% advance payment against bank guarantee • 30% on against delivery of material at site. • 47.5% on successful completion of work • 2.5% on completion of 6 months after completion of works 30 days payment from the date receipt of contractor’s original invoice after successful completion of each millstone as stipulated as above..
